Africa

I have recently returned from a 2-week trip to Nigeria, Africa to see some missionary friends of ours who are supported by our church.  It was quite an experience and one that I am still in the process of unpacking mentally and emotionally.  in lieu of sending a novel of an e-mail, I will be using this blog and my personal blog to share my thoughts and observations over the next several weeks.  This will allow me the ability to write when new thoughts come in and the ability to process over time.  All in all it was an incredible trip and one that I was thrilled to make.  I am afraid that despite my attempts, I will not be able to accurately describe all we saw or experienced, but over the next several posts I will do my best.
